Aalarm are a family business installing burglar alarms, CCTV and entry systems across North London for over 20 years. They needed a professional web presence that reflected their experience, built trust fast and made it easy for prospective customers to get in touch.

Challenge:
Security is an industry built on trust. Customers want to know who’s behind the business, what the service includes and how to contact someone real. The previous website didn’t communicate credibility, lacked service clarity and didn’t highlight reviews or social proof. Most enquiries happen by phone, so clear call-to-actions were essential.
The Solution:
We designed a modern, credibility-focused website with prominent contact details, high-visibility CTAs and a structure that’s easy to scan. Testimonials and Checkatrade reviews were integrated early in the journey, supported by on-the-job photos of the founder to humanise the business. We refreshed the visual branding while retaining the blue and red colour palette, introducing a cleaner logo and consistent design language. The website was also planned with SEO-friendly foundations and service-based search intent in mind.
The Result:
The new website presents Aalarm as an established and credible security provider, helping customers feel confident from the first visit. Early feedback has been positive, and the site has already begun generating more leads and phone enquiries. Most importantly, it now reflects the standard and reliability of the service provided.
